20 lakhs for out of court settlement?
My marriage life is in dispute with my mentally unstable wife (She has gone to acute depression twice before marriage and hidden it from me)
We got married in August 2014 and we both don't like to continue our marriage.
They had offered for divorce and asked us to pay 20 lakhs.
Please suggest if I should agree to that amount or settle in court. If went through court what would be the approximate duration to finish the procedure?
Please advice me....

Dear client if u have strong medical proofs of her depression then file divorce directly in court on the medical ground. U need not pay such huge amount. It will take one or two year to get divorce. For any legal help calk me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
