1. mairee sabqa bivi nay doosree shadi Canadian say ker lee hai. Aur wo mairee 2 daughters k liye guardianship ke demand ker rahee hai. Jin ke age 11 year, 9 year hai. Kiya wo leagaly muj say guardianship lay saktee hai. kiya 1% b chance hai ? to wo kiya hai ?
2. Kiya 16year age k baad daughters legally/court k zareea say guardianship demand ker saktee hia. ?
3. Main kissi b tarha say apni daugters ko apni sabqa bivi k hawaly nahee kerna chahta any leagal point can u suggest me

1. The courts while deciding custody matters take into account �welfare of minor�. The court will hand over the child to mother or father where, according to the court, child�s welfare will lie.
While deciding welfare of the minor, the courts look into various factors including circumstances where child will live in etc. If the mother has contracted second marriage, the courts consider it not favourable for child�s welfare and hand over the custody to father.
