6 months se mai women cell procedure follow kar rahi hu. lekin abhi tak mediation nahi hua hai. mai divorce nahi chahti hu.
kya mai women cell me mediation centre jaane se mana kar sakti hu?
agar women cell wale FIR lodge nahi karwayenge to kya mai court me 498a/ 406 file kar sakti hu?

case is to be filed by women cell but if delayed then you may approach the court with facts and court can direct the police to register the FIR. if need any help or hire our services then you may send your details to me.
