1) pati patni dono muslim ho or unki shadi muslim (hanfi) riti riwaj se hui thi, agar pati muslim tariqe se 3 bar talaq de de to kya talaq ho jaegi ya court me hi talaq leni hogi ?

2) agar mufti ya qazi talaq ho jane ka fatwa written me de de to kya wo talaq ka fatwa court me accept hoga ya nahi ?

3) agar muslim pati muslim tariqe se talaq de kar second marriage kar le to kya us par 494 ka case lagaya ja sakta hai ?

4) muslim pati apni pati ko muslim tariqe se talaq de chuka hai us talaq ko court se manyta milne me maximum kitna time lagta hai or uska tariqa kya hoga , kya talaq ki sunwai muslim law ke base par hogi ya ipc ke base par

A triple talaq pronounced in the presence of kAZI AND 2 Witnesses is valid . But the same has to be intimated to the wife. If this procedure has been followed, the court will accept it. Hence he can't be convicted u/s 494.One or two hearing is sufficient.
