Legal Question in Family Law in
i have 4 recognized israeli doctors that prescribed emergency ishpuz to diagnose my suicidal depressed wife.she didn't go.now she blames me,has made up lies about me ,put me in jail twice for breaking restriction orders.the doc. notes are 8 months old.she's pregnant with twins making it five children,thank Gd.i have 3 witnesses to her violent outlashes towards me.my educated guessing is that she's bipolar(manic dep.)could i win full custody or at least half.she also wants the whole house under both our names.the beit din ordered 2700,then 3300/month mezonot.i don't have a good job,& it's under the table.also,can i change judges in beit mishpat for just any reason?also, could i prevent my children to leave israel until they're 18 ?thank you

It will be difficult for you to get full custody- if you can proove you were put in jail wrongfully and if you can proove the medical condition of your wife then you may have a chance. You can not change Judges for any reason. You may prevent your children from leaving the country if you fear your wife may try and leave the country for ever without your consent.
