1. My sister husband put file for divorce in 19july'13 due to his affair and he submit application in Mahila help line and Mahila Ayog and write there our side fault, So I want to know that my sister can do FIR for GHALELU HINSA

2. I am having my own business before two month my sister also partner in my business but now she is not having any relation in my business but her husband told to her if you will not give me divorce than i will do disturb in your brother business

3. Now I am doing shifting of my plant so he put complaint in police station against me and showing wrong my signed agreement( but i have not signed any agreement)and preslise me for devastation of my business he give some money in police station & police also put raid in my house take my their and preslise me for devastation of my business but in sale tax department only I am the owner of my business yesterday night 11:30pm i have come from police station and police leaved me only this condition that I will go their tomorow morning and give some part of my business

Dear Client,

Consult an experienced Advocate in civil matters. Brief the matter to the Advocate and requet him to file a civil suit that your brother in law is trying to tresspass into your property, with the help of some policeman unlawfully and trying to hinter into the operation and shifting of the plant with details of the address of the address where your plant situvates and to which place you are trying to shift the plant. Additioally you are requesting to file an emergent I.A to restrai your brother law and his men and policemen in entering your premises and resi.your factory and shifted address. Also file an I.A for the appointment of an Advocate commission( male advocate), to oversee the smooth shiftingof your plant. In the case o pokice the SP of the district must be made a party once the injunction is there no body will come on your way.If any body distrubs in spite of the injunction you can file applicationfor violation and uniahing the culprits.
