Legal Question in Family Law in India

3 sisters and 3 brothers are there.Their father died last year.Land is in name of their mother.Brithers dont want to give share to sisters. Their mother is also helpless she has to obey her son's order.What are the way's by which brother's can restrict sisters 's to take their share?If brothers make some document by forcing mother then can that document can be challeged or not? If mother shows that she has sold land to son's then is it valid?

she can sell property to any one being sole owner of the property.
