Legal Question in Family Law in
1st wife is mentally disorder never live together since last 6 years, now i got second marriage without taken divorce from 1 st wife. what remedies are available now for me.

u should have take divorce from first wife else she can file case of bigamy and you have to kept her and left this wife. So consult any local lawyer and file divorce or talk to your first wife and get mutual divorce.
