Legal Question in Family Law in India

1. I suspect my wife is unfaithful to me. Sadly, she went to my native village for pooja. Both we went. But the pooja got postpond as there was a death of person in the uncle family. Then later on she went alone as there was no leave to me. She stayed there in native place & made a bungalow in 8 months. I was not ready at first. But she forced me that this is the time we can make. My father also helped me by giving money. She joined some political party also. She has quarreled with my father. And she was suffering with some ladies problems of bleeding. We were out from sex last 8 month how come she is suffering from this desieses. She has even not paid the bills of many people. But asked more money. Finally overnight she made a trip & came to us in the city. On the day of arrival she has asked me to trasfer at the different accounts. I told her I have given you money but you were not paid to them. She qurrelled me saying that I have lost in Juwa. I forced to trasfer 60, 000/ . But that day onwards she is totally busy in mobile phone. Not sahring the phone . She keeps the mobile phone with her all the time. She is busy in love related songs. And she is always busy in talking to somebody. She has kept a divorce wife as care taker & she gives miscall to her. And she talks hours to her. So many phones are coming to her. When I asked her she tells me these are mystry. And still I have to do work. She is putting recharge in their mobile from here. All the time whenever I called her she she is busy in talking to them. She tells me that she is going for walking. Whenever I tells us that I need to come with you for walking. She refused to take with her. She writes so many shayari to people. And whole night she is not able to sleep. She gets busy in mobile. She was called in college as a chief guest. I think she must have given donation to school. And she has given beer party to all the teacher in our home. The principal of the college is following her every day. She is being called again in native villge for January 26, 2016. Now she tells me that I need to share property to her & she willing to stay at village. My son & daughter is student in the city & pursing engineering college. Now she is planning to go to my cousin brothers daughter marrage in Lukhnow. I told her we can not able to attaind the marriage. As our children will be having exam in the december. But she is not listening. She even not giving me respect. She claims that she wants to leave alone in the villge and joine ngo groups. Samaj seva. Want to leave in puplic.
2. Sudden changes in her behaviour, particularly in:
o the amount, quality or style of sex. She is not sharing bed. Sex will probably zero.
o an increase in the money she spends.
o an increase in time spent on the mobile phone. online
o an increase in time spent away from home, often excused as working late or being with friends.
o more attention to personal appearance or a change in her appearance. She looks more beautiful, she has a glow, she is losing weight, etc. Odds are it is not for you.
o a sudden interest in something she never cared about before
3. She start acting uncomfortable or uneasy when she is with me.
4. She frequently finds fault with me. She is comparing me with her new lover and in her mind is trying to somehow excuse her actions.
5. My wife picks arguments over little things that do not matter. This is particularly a bad sign if she uses it as an excuse to leave the house to �cool off�. It could be a trick to see her lover.
6. When I ask her where she has been she repeats the question, avoids it or gets angry instead of simply telling me..
7. In bed she no longer holds me or has her body next to her � because it makes her feel like she is being unfaithful to her new lover.
8. She distances herself from me & children. They make her feel uncomfortable � why is that?
9. She distances herself from me. It is now �I�, no longer �we�. You become less a part of her life. She no longer cares about what I think or feel or want to do. Her �friends� are more important than me.
10. When I ring her she simply cut the phone. Today she scolded me that now she is no longer intrested in me. She thinks that I am taking her inquiry. She told me that she will do mpolice coplaint of torturing her & will take 50% share from me & will stay in native villge where she constructed new house. She is not bothered about our children educations.
11. She accuses me of having an affair � to turn attention away from herself, if only in her own head.
12. Your marriage is suddenly in troubled. There are many reasons for that, but an affair is one of the main ones.we married 25 years back. My mom expired & father is in native villge. My father scolded her but she scolded him & told him.
13. Today she told me that I should not put lagam to her. Whatever she told me I should fullfill that otherwise she will put my house in fire. She told me that she is having no more intrest with me.
14. She gives me the threats of policestations for harassment case. She tells that I am harasing her on her mobile. She is very arrogant. I think she has a group of people arround her in village. People wants her to make her gram pardhan. She was doneted money in the villge to poor people. She has given lots of money to poor student in collge. We are not so rich. But to make he r name & fame she did like that.
What action I should take now. How I will able to get her mobile call history. Since the mobile sim company is not giving me the call history. They said this will be given to the owner of the sim.
Pl suggest me to save my children. Her father is no more, Even she did not listen to her brothers.
