Legal Question in Family Law in India

15th Dec'14 is the first date of main maintenance hearing.if i am not present on that day what will be happened?is it make any trouble for me.

Dear client r u apply for maintenance. If so then u have to appear on date. If u remain absent then it will affect on the merit of matter. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
