I have a 5 year old daughter.rite now she is staying wid her father.i want to file a divorce application.but m not clear about the child custody whether i have chances of getting it bcz m not working.

Dear client u can file custody petition with divorce. Court ask the child with whom she want to live and if child say he want to live with u then court will not consider that u r earning or not. For any legal help call me
