Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a 20 year old girl. My dad and mom are divorced. And I stay with my father from my own will. 4 years back my father re married another lady who had a son from her first marriage. He is 19 years old. My step mother harasses me mentally every time I go back home from hostel. She something doesn't prepare food for me. She accuses me of having a relationship with my father. She uses offensive words while she's in a rage. She actually does nasty thing so she can avoid me from coming back home. Other wise my father, my father , grandmother and my step mother stays at home. Both my father and grandmother are been mentally detirioting because of her nasty behaviour every single day. She has even filed a complaint against my father because she is not appreciated for her nasty behaviour and sometimes because he defends me ( while she harasses me and verbally). Please somebody help us!
