2) Let him first get divorce. When he failed to marry at the first instance,

now after ur divorce where is the guarantee he will do now.

3) Ur husband also can file case of adultery against ur friend.

4) Now that u r settled, do not invite problems. Contested divorce will

take minimum five years. Because of this u r not happy with ur husband.

5) Be practical and adjust with the present matrimonial life. Thereafter

the decision is left to u.
