Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a 32 year old Male. Got married to a Russian in Feb 2014 in Mumbai and have been living together in Mumbai since then. I am unhappy with the marriage and now seeking a way to get divorced, I read about divorce by mutual consent. Is it mandatory for the couple to have lived separately for at least one year in order to be eligible for divorce by mutual consent? Thanks in advance for your precious advice..

Dear client yr information is right. To ask mutual divorce one year separation is compulsory.
