I am 52 year old man. I completed my 30 years of may marriage life and i have three daughter.
But now my wife is not interested in physical relation as she is slightly narrow minded and believe in religious rule.
I am getting frustrating on it. and i want divorce. can i get divorce from my wife?

What is the age of your wife? After 40 woman develops menopause (biological stage) wherein they can't have sexual inclination. But, on this basis court is not going to pass a divorce decree. But, if the abhorrence from sex is due to some other reasons, a ground of cruelty can be sought.
