Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a 39 year old married woman living in a joint family. Due to some problems between my parents and in-laws, my mother in law is against taking my son to meet my mother.My father was an ex army man and is no more. My husband is mentally unstable and take medicines like trinicalm+ and zipsidon. He is also not able to hold any job beyond one year. I have a 9 year old son.I want to know what are my rights as a mother if I decide to walk out of the house. I am working as a content consultant in an MNC.
