My 8 year old son is us citizen and lived with mw in india from last eight years..court in india appointed me his guardian..my husband never give any child support and my child didnt know abt his father becoz when he was six months ..my husband went USA..now he come back and want my son custody.I have filed divorce case against him..

Dear client if he file for custody then u can oppose it in court saying that son never live with husband. Also court will ask son with whom he Want to live. For detail discussion call me
