i am 32 year old women. I was married 6 year before kumar ranjan .I don't have any kid because my husband having some problem but it is possible to solve .he is not ready for that . he is forcing me to take to adopt her sister daughter .she is 12y old .I am not read because I want my one baby . now he is asking me to give divorce what to do . there is any law to force my husband for our on child. What is right for women in husband parental property ?. is this also a of type of mental torcher to not ready for on child? can I do TEST TEUB BABY WITH HELP OF OTHER DONER .IS THIS LEGUL OR CHILD HAVING ANY RIGHT ON MY HUSBAND PROPERTI

Dear client u can go for test tube baby but consent of both husband and wife is must. Otherwise he will not get legal status and share in property. Not giving child is mental cruelty and on this ground u can ask divorce. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
