Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a 22-year-old female and got married in the past month. I was forced into this marriage by my parents who wanted me to do this as a repayment for all they have done to me in my life. Though we got married, we never lived in a family way and any physical relationship is out of question when I am not able to stand the presence of the one who married me. To make things worse, I am a Catholic. Wanted to end my life multiple times and that's when a friend of mine told me there is a legal way to nullify the marriage. Requesting the legal experts of this forum to kindly suggest if there is any way I can get freed of this marriage by nullifying it. Every minute I stay feels like a threat to my own life.
