Legal Question in Family Law in India

Around 10-12 years ago my mother purchased a home in bikaner,rajasthan and dit it registry .At the time of registry I and two other relatives were the witness.Thus my mother became its owner.Few days ago my mother passed away.My father is still alive.

I have three more brothers.We have decided to sell the home. But my mother did not make a will. After my mother died who will now become the owner of the home? What are the further procedures so that we can sell the home? Do we need to make power of attorney? We are residents of kolkata West bengal.

after your mothers demise the property will be share by you your brothers and father. you can get the same transferred in the name of one person by giving a NOC and then sell the property.
