3 years back my husband & i singed mutual separation agreement for 3 years on rs100 stamp paper, our family & friends tried working on our relationship but things did not shape up well. Last year we tried working on this but failed misreably, we decided to part ways & action out on things. during this time my husband met a person on matrimonial site & probably tried taking things forward, however there seem to have been a discontent among them. My husband, having burnt his finger in his relationship earlier did not want to take risk and tried backing of the relationship however the girl seems to have been chasing & mentally harrasing him. Post this incident my husband & i have started interacting more & are looking at making things work for us. what are the options available to my husband to handle the girl incase of any case ( cheating, rape ) from the girl. please help - i would want to look at reconciliation

In general, mere allegation by the girl will not be sufficient. If she has any proof against, then there could be a problem. Say your husband just to ignore her.
