Legal Question in Family Law in India
Im 28 years old, brought up single handedly by my mother, my father never took responsibilities of me, caused physical violence to me, my mother. I m living separate since 3 years, now my father is threatening me every now & then & wants to extract money. My mother's divorce case is already in process, how can I legally cut relation from my father?

you are an adult no one can force you to continue a relationship. if your father threatens you report the matter to the police.
