Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi I am 28 years old Hindu. I married in 2013. Due to small issues my wife has asked her father to take him and her father has done so. Now what legal action should i take to get saved from any false case against me or my family?

Thank You for your question. Your question is not clear and it is difficult for me to advise you on this.

Why do you suspect that your father-in-law will take legal actions against you? however, once any action is taken you will be given an opportunity to contest the case.

If your wife is not happy with you then she might file a petition for judicial separation and in such a case you should contest the case in Court. For further information please contact a Lawyer.
