Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am 45 years old from last 20 years my husband does not earn I do work hard and does everything for Him I have got one son who his 24 years old even he works hard we live on rent.my husband has nothing other than destroying all our lives now a days he is harrasing to much my question Is if I file divorce and after divorce I know for sure he going to come again my house because he has no one what actions I can take will law and police help me to put him in jail permantely ????

Dear client file police complaint against him under sec 498 a for physical harassment. Also file domestic violence case and ask protection order from Him. File divorce on the ground of cruelty.
