Legal Question in Family Law in India

It has been more than 20 years of our marriage. My husband don't give me money, his behavior with me is as usual bad but also with my children. They fell scared of him and don't want to live with him. He fully exploited me and now I am scared that he might do anything wrong with me or murder me. I want to leave him but he don't want divorce from me because he is enjoying on my resources. What should I do? How can I leave him peacefully? Please help me.

dear client first file police complaint against him with women cell of police. also file domestic violence case for mental harassment and ask protection order. then file divorce on the ground of cruelty. for any legal help call me
