Legal Question in Family Law in India
After 5 years of marriage, we have one son who will turn 03 this July. We had a love marriage and it was conducted with the consent of both families as we have the same religious backgrounds. I was doing some business which went bankrupt and she stood by my side during those times. In order to get our lives back on track, I was came to the Middle East a year back, to restart our lives. Meanwhile she got a job in a glamorous company in India. I am currently being paid a small salary and I hope it will become better in a few years time. She now wants a divorce all of a sudden saying that she was in love with me when she was young and now she is no longer in love with as she has become mature. I still love her and don't want to destroy my son's future and my right to being a father to my child as well. Using some contacts, I even told her that we can arrange a job for her in the Middle East so that we can all be together. But she has refused saying that she does not want to leave Mumbai and that she can't live in same house with someone she is no longer in love with. I checked with her if she has any other affair and she has flatly denied having such relationship as well. What do you suggest in this case? I have never cheated on her or beaten her or tortured her. I always loved and treated her parents better than my own. She is adamant on the separation and her own parents are not able to talk to her about this.

Legally you may file a petition for RCR but that too would be useless if she has decided to leave you. There is no provision for execution of order u/s 9 or RCR. So, I think you should accept it and move ahead.
