Legal Question in Family Law in India

Its being 5 years of my marriage. From starting it self, it wasn't going well. My wife has more attraction towards her parents place. She never respect my parents and never consider them as own family. She always think her family as better in all aspect. We have child girl of 3 years. After my father's unfortunate death, my wife and in laws started hating my mother. They created many false stories about my family and were spreading our relatives. Being a single child I want my mother to stay with me. But she never welcomed at my place at all. Post my daughter's birth it got worst. My wife stated visiting her parents place, sister's place or aunts place frequently. I hardly get time to spend with my daughter. She wasn't attending my call. Now its being 1 year, she is living with her parents. She have created many false stories of her mind to pressurize me. My in laws are very rich and can go to any level. For any small issue, they have tarted me like criminal. They always use words like teaching me lesson.

I don't care of them but I am worried about my daughter. I am not think about divorce, as I will loose my daughter forever.

Is there any legal way to come out of this mess? Please help me.
