Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi! I am 36 years old married man. I am married for 6 years, but we have no children. My in laws never told me that she has this physical problems. They hide this and tried many doctors but no positive result. Both family have understanding problems. With her also I can not adjust mentally. I am willing to give every thing based on Kabin. But I need to know how can I process my divorce. Thank u

As a husband, you have the right to divorce you wife in various ways. The most appropriate way is to send a 'Talaknama' to your wife and wait 90 days for that 'Talaknama' to get effective. However to avoid any future litigation I would advise you to adjust any due of the Kabin.
