Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

i am 26 Years old, got married on may 22nd 2013.my native is Tamil Nadu and i am working in Bangalore.Now i am 7 month pregnant.My husband and Mother-in-law made mental and psychical harassment and sends me out.

Now i am staying with my mom in Bangalore alone.They are planned to do one more marriage for my hubby with some other girl secretly. Pls suggest me how will handle this ?

Dear client file police complaint under sec 498a against husband and in law
