Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I am 28 years old. I am married for 10 years, have a son 3 years old. I'll finish my graduation this year & want to do job for my sons better future. Now my husband doubt on me that I'm having an affair. Our age difference is 17 years. He s doing business & us citizens. While he said he want a separation I told him OK, let's do this. He tourcher me mentally & physically. Now he s telling me he'll go to America with my son.

My question s can he do that legally? If t divorce occurs my son will stay with who? Father r mother?

Your husband can not take away your 3 years son from you legally. Resist him, if you fail, go to court for any favourable order.
