Legal Question in Family Law in India

It is almost 5 years our relation is not going well, she has left my place with my daughter 6 months ago & willing to come only if her demands are met which is not acceptable to me & my family.

I want divorce from her but they are not ready, tried all means to end this amicably & via mutual consent but have received -ve response only.

I dont want her back in my life as it has been 5 years of mental torture with her.

I know if I go legal way it can take 5 years also & I would be required to pay alimony too for which I am not ready. She is MD Dr. & earning 1 lac pa.

Please advise.
