Hi, im 38 yr old married female .It has been 7 ys since I got married but nt a day has passed without fights.My husband was physically week after marrg but after 3 yrs he totally turned impotent.i still preffered to stay bcoz I too had ovarian failure.but my husband and mil constantly abuse me and beat me and tell me to go to parents house.i want a divorce but im nt working as I was a house wife? will I get alimony? he himself us a lawyer I fear that he might contest on any ground just to trouble me ..how do I prove impotency? what are my legal rights on his unherited property as he has everything in mothers name...pls guide me process of divorce.

Dear client u can ask divorce on the ground of impotency. Court can do his medical to prove impotency. U can file police complaint against husband and in law for physical torture. U will get good amount as alimony. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
