Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 31 yr old muslim women ,govtServent, i want divorce and my sons Custody till I8yr bcos my husband is an clean, fair, silent lucking guy..no pesticular permanent Job.. He himself told me that , he is Intrested in mens only: but no evidence to me.. he uses children for his homosex...but now he is refusing that he not at all shared ...thats way afraid to send my son...so / want custody plus devorce . Is there any chance to get divorce from muslim men?
2./ want legal points to get divorce or how i shud file case against him? and where ?to hum?
3. How to get my sons custody till 18y, ? what are the procedure I have to do basically now?

First, you ask to your husband to get register your marriage under the Special Marriage Act.

If it becomes you can take divorce from your husband.
