Legal Question in Family Law in India
Im a 35 yr old woman. We are married for past 11 years but suddenly last month my husband came to me telling that he is not having intimacy with me for all these years and he is interested in another woman who is also a divorcee who works in his office and wants to marry her. None of members in both mine and his family are agreeing to t. Since we dont have any children, he want to take this step. Im ready to give him divorce by mutual consent, but i dont want to him to marry her, coz she knows abt his wealth status and that will instigate her more towards him. There is a house in his name but the loan is in both our names. his earning is 1.5l take home and ive 25 k take home. How much the maintenance amount i will probably get and since the house is bought after marriage, can i take share from the house. is there any way to add a clause that the divorce can be null and void if he tries to marry another woman in immediate future.

dear client once u give him mutual divorce then u cannot ger declare it as null and void. if u r giving him mutual divorce then ask house as well as good amount as alimoney from him. for detail discussion call me
