Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a 32 yr old working lady ( Pvt. Company )married for last 3 yrs. My Husband has a decent Job and earns good.

Mine was an Inter-state Marriage. There was no problem at our families but on the 2nd day of the marriage, I have started facing humiliation in various occasion. On my 2nd day, I was being taunted about the Jewellery gifted by my parents. But my husband kept quite.

I was alone to confront all. But I have no grudge against anybody but disappointed with my husband. Since till date he did not take any responsibility for me. He only knows his responsibility towards his family which is a good thing but what about ME.

We have a 15 months daughter but after her birth all expenses are borne by me.. He do not have a single contribution in her upbringing starting from the salary of my baby sitter to my baby�s socks everything is borne by me. Even he never cared to accompany with me to Docs chamber while I had to visit Doc for my USG during pregnancy. Till she is 10 month I was at my Parents place since own Mom took care of her when I was at Office

Recently I conceived again but all he told is to abort, but he never accompanied me to my doc place nor did he asked about the pain I gone through to abort.

I fell he is very insensitive person just care about himself and his family . Even when I had a baby girl, I was told lots of things from his relatives side. Though he never had any problem with a female child but he never objected on others saying. I feel very alone and insecure in this family.

Hence I want to take divorce from this irresponsible person. Pls advice
