Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 30 yrs and girls age is 28 yes we loved each other .she is my mother's brothers daughters daughter. My parents are ok with us but girl's parents did not accepted. She is a Christian and I hold Hindu caste certificate .Now the girl is restricted by her parents some sort of house arrest. I am worried about her . I wanted to marry her . Can I marry her? Please provide legal suggestion
