Legal Question in Family Law in India
Am 32 yrs Hindu, male, married women of same age, caste on May 2013 and it is a arranged marriage. My wife and I barely lived for 80 - 90 split days as nuclear family and she left to her dad home and living there for about 5 months now.
I have bought my first property - a flat two month before marriage for 55L, which is still under construction (can be occupied by august 2014). Around 30L was paid by my parents & younger brother and i took loan for 15L.
Looks like i should get ready for divorce. Though am consulting counsellors and my wife dont want to.
I lost hope in life/family and dont mind give my entire earnings to my so called wife (jus bcz law favours), but don't want my parents or brother to lose their hard earnings. My younger brother don't have any asset and that is his hard earning.
How do i protect their earnings?
Can i transfer this flat in my parents name and get a share of mine? - Still tough bcz property is under hypothication
Sell the property and get my share?

First be cleared of misconception. Wives have no property rights as of now. The said act has not been passed yet. So nothing to worry. Wife can only claim maintenance if she is not earning and the amount is decided according to your income.Your asset may be taken into account to a minimum extent. call for more assistance.
