Legal Question in Family Law in India

I'm 35 yrs old man, got married 4 yrs back and I've a 2 yrs old daughter. We never had a good marital relationship and I made a big mistake by having an illicit affairs with other females, which I repent now. My wife has left the house and living with her parents from past 6 months. She has all the proofs against me and is threatening me of filing a divorce, dowry harassment, cheating, child custody and financially. I told her that I'm very sorry and I will not repeat and would not like to lose her and my child and requested her not to file for the divorce. I had to close my business last month as I incurred with heavy losses and searching for a job presently. I'm completely broke financially. What incase if she files for divorce, cheating, dowry harassment, child custody and maintenance against me, is there any way I can get her back, if not how much maintenance I should give her, how long does it take for divorce if I refuse to and can I get to keep my daughter with me??????

Tell me one thing--- whether she had sex with you after knowing that you had illicit affairs? If yes, her divorce will not succeed. Maintenance is generally one third of your current income/salary. She shall get the custody since child is below 5. Contact for detail.
