After 19 yrs of married life we adopred f baby on aug 2014 s age of baby is 1 yr 4 monrhs. Now my wife not interested to stay wirh me she left home 13 days d reason is that i refused her to go to (repeatedly she was going) l only once i slapped. She want to go away with baby. dear client mother is natural guardian of child up to his five years age. so u cannot ask custody right now. but u can apply for visitation rights. for any legal help call me
