Legal Question in Family Law in India
I'm 33yrs old and have 3yr old son and a month old daughter. I'm currently unemployed was working before marriage. I would like to have custody of my kids after divorce. Husband works in IT. My mother is a pensioner. Will the custody be in my favour if i file a divorce? Please help.

Dear client custody of child remain with mother naturally till five years of the age. After completion of five years u can take permanent custody order from court. If u file divorce now then custody will remain with u. For any legal help call me
