Respected sir/madam
my name is kinjal i am merried i have done marrige with mr.viral r panchal who is builder in our town during our marrige life of 9 years we have 3 childrens
my question is i want to know that
i have filed a divorce petition against my husband and i want to seprate from him
i had a bunglow worth Rs 20 lakh owned by me which was purchased 2/6/2007 an allotment deed is on my home and i have given cheques from my account for that
then after our dispute he had tortare me and bother me to take bunglow his side after long herris ment he had done a registered gift deed dated 21/10/2009 on his own hame by paid legal revenue duty in related sub registrar
then i left home dated 10/12/2009 and i had filed 125 (divorce petition) to take divorce and had also filed domestic violence petition and i had filed gift deed cancellation case (appeal) dated 14/07/2010
now what steps should i take that i can skip very fast and get proper solution
