Legal Question in Family Law in India

I've been accused in a 498a case by my so called wife. All she wanted was to me be a henpecked husband and stay away from my parents which I did not agree to. So, now to make sure to get me arrested, she and her family got political recommendations and influenced the officials at PS and the Women's Cell after they filed the 498A. I had to stay a night at the PS and then got bail the next morning. Also to state as proofs against my parents, they barged at my home and started abusing my mother and recorded only my mother's response which was abusive ofcourse. After the first day of counselling she asks me to leave my parents and go live with her and on doing so she would withdraw the case. This was on day one.
Now on day 3 she comes back to the IO at the women's cell and says she wants to withdraw the case because she filed it in a fit of rage and in a fear of me absconding her. She agreed on paper to stay with me now and look after my parents well. How would it all be done in a fit of rage when she was so prepared to compel my mother to say something bad and record it as evidence, and also have recommendations from the political leaders. I dont want to believe her that she had this huge realisation in just a matter of two days and i believe she wants to come back to stay at my home to cause even more damage to me and build a strong false case against me.
So, I would want to know in such a condition what else can she do if i allow her to stay with my family. How should i be careful and avoid any further legal disturbance from her. How can i keep myself and my parents safe?
