Legal Question in Family Law in India

is it now necessary that accused should be present in front of magistrate at time of submission of charge sheet. in 498a case. io of my case is sying that she wil take me in court along with chargesheet. my same day order has been rejected from high court. as i go with io the judge wil take me in custody what should i do now. i has seen chage sheet there is 498a and 323. i am from meerut(up) there is no anticipatory bail . i dont want to get arrested as iam innocent never demanded anything fro my wife. she has put all false cases dv in spl cgm. crpc 125. sec24. and 498a fir in mahila thana. now chage has been complteted only has to be submited in court but io is charge sheet wil only be submitted along with main accused huband. my parents have surrender in court and got bail on same day. court does not accepted chageshhet return back to mahia thana . andsaid that it wil only be accepted with main accused. what sould i do now pls help me that i should not be arrested.

you will have top appear before the court and get bail. if your case is strong enough you will get the bail on the same daY.
