we had adopted a child vide a valid adoption deed we jointly moved an application for issuance of birth certificate which has not been changed as yet we have now been advised to file a suit for decaration but in the mean while after about 2 years of registered adoption deed the natural parents are threatening to file a suit for cancellation of adoption deed please advised chid never remined with them for a day on the ground that name in the birth certificate has not been changed
