Legal Question in Family Law in India
I adopted my deseased sisters daughter 8 months back.Adoption deed was made between biological father and myself and my wife in front of notary. Is this valid procedure. Can biological father challenge this deed.because his intentions are to take back child but we don't want to give.

notarized adoption may be invalid. proper procedure needs to be followed for adoption.
