Legal Question in Family Law in India

Please advise me how can I save my property which is registered under my name, from the greed of my husband. I have been married for almost 11 years and just after years my husband started threatening me for divorce without any reason but i suspect that he is envelop with other lady. I have 1 son. some land he bought but it was registered under my name. And now he needs that land but how can i give him .since 2 years he did not pay a single rupee to us. so that for future i do not want to give him lands.he does not want to give alimony to us. what should i do plz write me should I sell this lands or convert to other name.its not to easy now.

if the property is at your name then you need not to worry , u may file civil suit and you may take stay
