Please advise on below situation

Husband seeking divorce from wife on the basis of adultary

wife filed application for maintenance and got approval of 11000 per month from husband to wife

wife got contractual govt job; where she does not get salary during summer vacations (2 months), gets deduction on every leave taken, no benefit as regular govt employee, and salary also does not credit on time at most of the time. Salary is around 25,000; where in husband is earning more than 60000 per month

Out of this wedlock there is a son, who now has turned 4 and started going to school; mean there is an increase in expenses.

Husband has refiled a petition for decreasing the maintenance cost as wife too has started working

NOW

Is wife still eligible for maintenance.

is there any supreme court case in favor of wife

To seek divorce on such ground is not so easy and maintenance is depends on wife and child's appropriate need. Question as far as Supreme court case in favor of wife, your advocate is knowing about it; so please do trust on him
