At what age is child's consent granted by court on visitation?Curently we are undergoing Child Custody case and if I think on the worst part that my ex is granted visitation rights however my son who is currently 7 years is not at all wiling to go. Considering welfare of the child will the court consider his behaviour?

i have already addressed your query. the court will keep in mind many factors before granting the child custody. the age of child is immaterial in such cases the welfare of the child is paramount.
