Legal Question in Family Law in India

my age is 29 and i am working shall adopt an old couple as parents...the old couple do not have kids to take of them. I purchased their property recently. because they are not able to maintain their properties . they are not good health condition ........so i want to adopt them as parents my parents agreed with me the old couple aslo agreed with me...please give me guidance for legal approach.

The proposed adoption is not permissible in law.

Legally you cannot adopt them. But you can take their responsibility morally, and look after them, law dos not prohibit taking care!
