i ahve a question. meri sis ne khula li apne husband se us ki baiti hai 11 saal ki .faisle one sided end hua kiun k us ka husband nahi aya . court ne bachi ki maintance ka order diya sath khula ka. is ka matlab kia yah hua ke bachi ki cutody mother ko mil gai? kindly reply

yes yehi matlab hua .. Guardianship Certificate b mila hoga agar apply kia tha.. [email protected]
